James Sullivan

Mr. Sullivan, a native of Wisconsin, earned his undergraduate degree in Finance from University of Wisconsin – La Crosse and his Juris Doctorate from Marquette University Law School. He is a licensed attorney in both Wisconsin and Nevada and a former Adjunct Professor of Sports Law at Hamline University Law School. Mr. Sullivan is a recipient of the Certificate in Sports law and sits on the Board of Advisors for the National Sports Law Institute at Marquette University in Milwaukee, WI.
Mr. Sullivan has served as General Counsel of several Las Vegas-based startups, including with companies in the gaming, poker, entertainment, daily fantasy sports and cryptocurrency industries. Before opening his own law practice, Mr. Sullivan worked as an athlete agent representing poker, eSports, and Olympic winter sports athletes.
